  • How long have Somos Sanctuary facilitators been working with sacraments and what is the ratio of facilitators to group size?
    Our facilitators have 10+ years of experience working with plant sacraments. We maintain a low facilitator-to-participant ratio (1:3 max and sometimes 1:1) to ensure personalized guidance and support during ceremonies.
  • Are there any medical contraindications to ceremonial sacraments?
    Yes, certain medical conditions and medications may contraindicate the use of plant sacraments. Always consult with a healthcare professional and disclose your medical history to the facilitator before participating so that we can provide guidance.

  • Can I come to observe a ceremony without participating in the ceremony?
    Unfortunately, observing without participating is not allowed. Our ceremonies involve deep personal experiences, and we maintain a sacred, inclusive space where all attendees fully engage.
  • What preparation and consideration guidelines are available?
    Detailed preparation guidelines, including dietary recommendations and mental preparations, will be provided upon registration. These guidelines ensure you are ready for a profound and safe experience.
  • What happens once I register?
    After registration, you will receive detailed information on preparation, what to bring, and what to expect during the ceremony. You will also have opportunity to connect one on one with a guardian team member for an intake interview to discuss intentions and questions. Our lead facilitator, and guardian team is also highly engaged with participants to assist in all stages of preparation, onsite and integrational support.
  • What post-ceremony integration support is available?
    We offer comprehensive integration support, including community group chats, zoom calls, buddy systems. These resources help you process and integrate your experiences effectively.
