Under The Stars ~ Utah Summer Retreat

Our Altar embodies the frequency of love and inclusivity. Somos Sanctuary is a team of intergalactic guardians, each of us bringing our unique gifts to create a safe, loving, and transformative container. Our ceremonies are rooted in ancestral wisdom passed on to us by our teachers - tribes and communities of Central and South America, and carried by sound frequency - live songs, ikaros, chants and prayers. With authenticity, integrity, and devotion to these sacred plants and teaching, we guide those called to remember their sovereignty, embody their truth, and step into their highest service.

Location:

Centerville, Utah (exact address will be provided near event date) 

Accommodations/Sleeping Arrangements:

• Communal Indoor Sleeping (participants bring padding, sleeping bag, pillows)

• Tent Camping (bring your tent and sleeping gear)

• We ask that everyone stays on the property for the entirety of the weekend

  
  

Full Retreat Experience Includes:

• Two night SomoS Ceremony (Friday/Saturday Night) 

• Toad Activation (Sunday) 

• Light meals will be provided throughout the weekend

About the Sacraments & Ceremonies

Registration:

In order to reserve your spot and receive the potent magic of this medicine weekend, please click “Register” and then select the appropriate sliding scale donation. There is a $150 deposit required, this deposit is non-refundable donation. Once you've completed this process, you will receive a confirmation email with important steps to complete your registration and forms for ceremony. We will require a confidential health history and intake call with a member of our team to discuss your current physical and mental circumstances. You will also receive instructions for paying the balance of your donation.*If you have not received a confirmation email after 24 hours, please reach out to info@somossanctuary.org

About our Sliding Scale Program:

In order to offer access to all who are called to this experience, we use a sliding scale system for the monetary exchange. We trust you to evaluate your economic situation and determine the most equitable exchange for your circumstances. If you are called to share more after the retreat, we gladly accept your donations.

When the lower tier is still an obstacle to attending a ceremony, we may be able to offer different solutions such as extended payment plans, work exchange, reduced ticket prices, and other solutions. We are available at info@somossanctuary.org or (929) 333-4850. 

Lead Facilitator: 

Maya Martinez, founder of Somos Sanctuary, was raised in both Colombia and New York City, and has been on a life-long journey studying with indigenous teachers from Colombia, Mexico, the United States, and Brazil, where she was given the name Sakakatwa ‘Rainbow,’ by her family of the Fulniô Tribe. As a dedicated student, she continuously deepens her studies with the sacraments, and has learned many traditional ceremonial practices that help raise the vibration of the planet. It is with great honor, permission, and care, that she shares the weavings of this knowledge with those who are ready to answer the call and receive the wisdom and downloads that come.
